These terms apply when you use this website or order from SnowyJoy. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, for reasons such as a pricing error, an item we can't supply, or suspected fraud.

2. Our products

Our products are printed to order. Because each item is made individually, print placement can vary slightly, and colors can look a little different from your screen. Measurements may vary slightly from piece to piece.

3. Personalization

We print the personalization exactly as you enter it, so please check it before ordering. You confirm that you have the right to use any text or images you send us, and we may refuse content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

4. Offers and discounts

Bundle offers and other discounts are applied at checkout while they are running and can't be combined unless stated. They can't be applied to orders already placed, and we may change or end an offer at any time.

5. Shipping, cancellations and returns

6. Website content

Website content, designs, photos and branding belong to SnowyJoy or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

SnowyJoy is a United States business. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where SnowyJoy is registered, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
