Shipping policy
Tracked shipping in the US
Every order ships with tracking. We currently ship to the United States only.
- First item: $6.95
- Each additional item: +$1.50
- Maximum per order: $21.95
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2â4 business days, then shipping takes 7â10 business days, so most orders arrive 9â14 business days after you order. In November and December carriers can be a few days slower. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Christmas delivery
For delivery before Christmas to US addresses, order by December 4. Orders placed later are still made and shipped as usual, but may arrive after Christmas.
Duties and fees
Orders ship within the US, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering, before your order goes into production. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.
Lost or late parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help. If a parcel is lost in transit, we send a free replacement or a full refund.
