Track your order

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Your gift is made to order first (2–4 business days), then shipping takes 7–10 business days.

How to find your tracking

• Open the shipping confirmation email from SnowyJoy and click Track your order.
• Or open your order confirmation email and click View your order to see its status.
• If you made an account, log in to see all your orders.

If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking links.

Need help?

If you can't find your emails, your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email support@snowyjoy.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
